This Terms of Use agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the conditions for using the mobile application “Poliparts Logistic” (the “App”) developed by Poliparts.
1. General Provisions
By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws in your country.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials, including code, design, and content, are owned by us or our partners. Any copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for any damages resulting from its use.
5. Use of Location Data
The App accesses and uses precise location data to support logistics functionality.
Location tracking occurs only when the driver:
- is performing an active order, or
- has the status “Available” in the system.
This allows the App to determine driver proximity to pickup and delivery points and to assign orders efficiently.
Location data is not used for advertising or analytics purposes and is not shared with third parties, except when required for providing App functionality or by law.
6. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through an app update or via our website.
7. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to the App if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law
