By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App operates for logistics purposes and requires certain permissions and data processing to function correctly. Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of this Policy.
2. Use of the App
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials in the App, including code, design, and content, are owned by us or our partners. Copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for any damages resulting from its use.

The App accesses and uses precise location data strictly for logistics functionality.
Location tracking occurs only when the driver:
- is performing an active order, or
- has the status “Available” in the system
Location data is used to:
- determine driver proximity to pickup and delivery points;
- assign and manage logistics orders efficiently.
We do not use location data for advertising or analytics.
We do not share location data with third parties except when required to provide App functionality or when required by law.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through an App update or via our website.
7. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate this Policy.
